A fully private, anytime-access speakeasy designed as an atmospheric 1920s lounge. This 2,000 sq ft space features a working, fully equipped bar surrounded by rich velvet drapes, vintage furniture, and curated décor that creates a warm, cinematic mood.

 

Multiple seating areas unfold across the room - leather wingbacks, emerald and mustard velvet chairs, antique trunks, ornate rugs, and soft practical lighting. Blackout curtains and custom, dimmable lighting (including floating candles and vintage lamps) give complete control over ambiance.

 

Classic photographs, aviation memorabilia, retro portraits, framed racquets, globes, and books add layers of character that feel collected over decades. A decorative fireplace with a carved mantel serves as a dramatic focal point. A restroom is available on the main level.

 

Upstairs, an additional 2,000 sq ft offers three private rooms ideal for cast holding, hair & makeup, wardrobe, or production offices. Extra décor pieces and furniture are available throughout.
